General Questions

Question: Where are you located and do you have a shop that I can visit?
Answer: We are based in Singapore and we do not have any shops outside of Singapore, although we do ship our products internationally. If you are in Singapore, you could visit our retail shop in Chinatown at the following address:

Question: Can you send me a catalog so that I can order offline?
Answer: We are very sorry that we do not have any printed catalogs that we can send you. All our products are displayed on our website and we take our orders online through our website.

Placing An Order

Question: How do I know which size to choose from the clothing section?
Answer: We have created size charts that are easy for you to use. Measure your body with a measuring tape, in inches and select the appropriate order size. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.

Question: How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: We now offer 3 methods of shipment: regular air mail, registered air mail and express mail. Shipping fees go according to the order price. We ship our goods worldwide directly to our customers. Please refer to the chart provided on the "Shipping Rates" page.

Question: How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
Answer: Click on the "Remove" link under the item you wish to remove from your shopping cart page.

Question: Oops, I made a mistake in my order, how do I fix it?
Answer: Once the order has been submitted, you cannot amend it. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations. Use the form provided in the Contact Us page.

Question: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Answer: It takes us any where between 1 to 2 business days to process an order. For regular or registered air mail, it takes an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. For express mail, it takes an additional 5-7 business days for delivery, subject to customs clearance.

Payment Matters

Question: How do I pay for my order?
Answer: We offer 2 payment gateway services: Stripe (Visa, Mastercard & Amex) and PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & eChecks). Both are third-party services which are reputable and all transactions are secure.

Question: I do not have a credit card, or wish to use my card online, can I still shop?
Answer: We are sorry that we do not accept cash, checks, money orders or wire transfers as payment at the moment. If you have a bank account, you can now link it to your PayPal account and send payments without using your credit card. Please check www.paypal.com for more details.

Question: What currency do you use for those products on your website?
Answer: All prices listed are in US dollars. We only accept payments in US dollars at the present moment.

Question: Do you charge any sales tax on my purchases?
Answer: No, we do not charge any sales tax on any orders. Your local customs office may impose this tax on you based on the price of the items in your order, especially if you use express mail courier service. For small orders, there usually is no tax, but this is not a guarantee. For normal and registered air mail, there rarely is any tax by the customs. Please check with your local postal services for further clarifications.

Question: I am required to pay tax or duty fee to the shipping company or customs office. Can you reimburse me?
Answer: We do not take responsibility for any additional fees or charges imposed by your local authorities when you bring in goods from other countries. Kindly check with your local authorities on the costs and rules when buying goods from outside your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Question: Can I return or exchange the goods that I have received?
Answer: Yes, you certainly can return the goods for a refund or exchange for another item, size or color. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policies and instructions.
