Returns & Exchanges

At Hua Design, we provide easy returns and exchanges.

No questions asked, no cumbersome RMA forms to fill and no re-stocking fees.

 Return Policy

We fully guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 60 days from the time of purchase and receive a complete refund. Please note the following conditions apply on all returns:

  • Goods returned must still be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can of course try the garments on for size.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not be eligible for refund.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We do not pay for return postage.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges if deliveries are refused by the customers themselves.
  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 of days of our receipt of the returned item.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@huadesign.com.

Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another size or color, or another item altogether, please note the following conditions:

  • Goods sent back must be new and not used. You can of course try the garments on for size.
  • We do not pay for return postage.

We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to our customers and send the good(s) by regular air mail at our cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged, defective or incorrect product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.

Specify the problem and ship the item(s) back to us by regular or registered air mail. We will reimburse the return postage and send the replacement at no additional cost to you. We will not reimburse shipments by courier services (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).

To return any item for refund or exchange, please send them via regular or registered air mail to:

Please include your name, order number and request in the package and we will process the exchange or return order accordingly.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for exchanges and returns.
